We grow our pawpaws without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or post-harvest chemical treatments of any kind — delivering a fruit that is as clean on the inside as it is beautiful on the outside. We harvest when the skin is at least 70% yellow-orange and the flesh has reached its full sweetness and colour, then deliver within 48 hours for eating at its absolute peak.
